🌈 Yoga for Minis (Ages 3–5)

Introduce your little one to the joy of movement, mindfulness, and imagination! Through storytelling, playful yoga poses, breathing exercises, music, and creative games, children will build confidence, coordination, and emotional awareness—all while having fun.

This class is designed to nurture curiosity, self-expression, and a lifelong love of mindful movement in a warm, welcoming environment.

🦁 Mindful Movers (Ages 6–9)

1:00–1:45 PM

Designed for growing kids with big imaginations, this playful class blends yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, and creative movement to help children build confidence, focus, and resilience.

Through themed adventures, partner activities, and calming relaxation, kids learn practical tools to regulate their emotions, connect with their bodies, and discover that movement can be both joyful and empowering.

✨ Empowered Tweens (Ages 10–12)

2:00–2:50 PM

A space created just for tweens navigating a season of growth and change.

Through yoga, mindful movement, breathwork, and guided reflection, participants will strengthen both body and mind while exploring confidence, self-awareness, and emotional well-being. This class encourages authentic self-expression, healthy coping tools, and connection in a supportive, judgment-free environment.

Participants will leave feeling grounded, empowered, and reminded that everything they need is already within them.
