4. Payments
If you purchase products or services, you agree to provide accurate payment information. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, and we are not responsible for their policies or practices.
5. Refund Policy
Classes & Workshops
All purchases of single classes, class packs, series, memberships, workshops, and special events are non-refundable once completed.
Class cancellations must be made through our booking platform (Mindbody) at least 8 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid forfeiture of the class or associated credit.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of the class credit or a fee, as outlined at the time of booking.
Infrared Sauna & Spa Services
Sauna sessions, facials, and other wellness services are non-refundable once scheduled.
Clients may reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice. No refunds or credits will be given for late cancellations or no-shows.
Merchandise & Retail Goods
Merchandise and goods purchased online or in-store are non-refundable but may be exchanged within 30 days if returned unused with tags and original packaging.
Final sale items and personalized products may not be eligible for exchange.
6. User Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login information. We are not liable for unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this Website.
All content and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
