  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We allow cancellations with 24hr advanced notice. If you cancel within 24 hours you may incur a fee, or forfeit a class from your class package.

    If circumstances are truly beyond your control, we will happily accommodate your rescheduling needs. Please contact us in studio or by emailing contact@subtlesenses.com

  • Do I need to have prior experience?

    We encourage all levels of experience in our studio! If you are new or a beginner we recommend alerting your instructor so they are aware of any modifications that may need to be made.

  • How do I book a class?

    We use the Mindbody booking system! You can visit our website or download the Mindbody app to select your desired service. Create a free account or log in, browse our schedule, and reserve your time. We recommend booking in advance to ensure your spot.

  • Is there an age restriction?

    Students must be 18 years or older to utilize the services in the studio without a parent or guardian present. We allow a parental consent waiver to be held on file for movement classes.

  • Do you offer private sessions?

    Yes we have a number of instructors that offer private sessions that can take place in our studio. If you have an instructor in mind you can reach out to them directly or contact our team and we can arrange a private for you.

  • Do you offer heated classes?

    We do not offer heated classes.

  • Can I rent out your space?

    Yes we offer space rentals in different areas of the studio. Rates are dependent on time, day and demand of the space you are interested in.

  • Parking

    We recommend you arrive at least 15 minutes early for parking.

    Our studio currently only has street parking available. You can find metered parking on Hyperion Ave or non-metered parking around the corner on Griffith Park Blvd.

    Please be aware of street cleaning days on Wednesdays and Fridays from 10am-12pm.

  • Lost and Found

    We will keep your items safe and secure! Give us a clear description of what you are looking for and we will do our best to locate it.

    We donate lost items after 30 days or more.

  • Classpass

    Classpass is a third party membership and booking app. If you are a member of classpass, visiting the studio, we aim to support your practice to the best of our ability.

    There may be booking or app-related issues that are out of our scope and control. We ask you contact the support team through classpass first when this occurs.

  • Are pets allowed in the studio?

    We love pets but due to allergy concerns and sanitation restrictions for select services we offer we cannot allow animals at the studio.
