Lifting The Veil with Tessie Barresi

$55

In the midst of deep summer, when the expectations of sunshine and joy are at their height, Tessie Barresi, certified Death Doula, medium and somatic expressionist, invites you to acknowledge and honor all aspects of your current emotional world. cue the exhale

Lifting The Veil is a three hour immersion into honest self inquiry, embodied release and community connection. Through a guided visualization in which you meet your Higher Self, you will connect with what has been lying beneath the surface. Movement within the body and voice then gives you the opportunity to somatically discharge your anger, grief, curiosity, apathy, euphoria - whatever is ready to be alchemized. Finally, the group will enter the “Veil Lifting” ceremony, a collective ritual where participants are invited to be fully seen, heard and felt while offering the gift of witness to one another.

Designed for those overwhelmed by the weight of their emotions, or conversely numb to them, (raise your hand if this is you!!) Lifting The Veil invites participants back into connection with themselves, their bodies and the people around them.

Tessie arrived at her calling of Death Doula work in 2023 through a series of personal revelations that include ~ but are not limited to ~ an autoimmune disease diagnosis, a heart-wrenching breakup, and multiple visitations from her Spirit Team telling her that she needed to confront her own death. (Cool guys, what the heck does that mean?!)

But in the words of her Death Doula mentor, Mary Telliano of Anam Cara Academy: “We are all death doulas.”

In one way or another, Tessie has always had the ability to usher others and herself into the great unknown. Now she does it armed with a comprehensive array of services and a big ol’ box of tissues. From energy work to guided meditations, from grief counseling to vigil planning, she envelops her clients in a tapestry of support that includes the purest ingredients of love: care, affection, recognition, respect, commitment, trust, and communication. Thank you bell hooks.

So, if you're looking for someone to hold your hand as you move through a transition, death or otherwise, Tessie may be your guide. Just be warned: once you've experienced her brand of Death Doula magic, you might just find yourself looking forward to the inevitable.

In Her Season A Two-Part Workshop Series on Cycle Syncing Through Food, Herbs & Embodied Practice

to Aug 23

In Her Season A Two-Part Workshop Series on Cycle Syncing Through Food, Herbs & Embodied Practice

$220/Series or $140/Single Session

The workshops can be taken together or individually. Attend one. Attend both. Drop in where your cycle is calling you.

In Her Season
A Two-Part Workshop Series on Cycle Syncing Through Food, Herbs & Embodied Practice

Your cycle doesn't just happen to you. It moves through you — in two distinct arcs. One rising, one returning. Both holding their own intelligence, their own medicine, their own invitation.

In Her Season is a two-part workshop series that teaches you how to live and eat in rhythm with your menstrual cycle. Each 2-hour session is dedicated to one half of the cycle — the waxing and the waning — with hands-on herbal medicine making, food education rooted in functional nutrition with a facilitated circle conversation that makes space for the things most of us were never taught.

Part 1: The Waxing
Follicular & Ovulatory | The Maiden & The Mother | Spring & Summer

The first half of your cycle is a season of rising. Estrogen builds, energy expands, creativity surges. You'll learn what's happening hormonally during the follicular and ovulatory phases, how to eat in a way that supports peak estrogen, egg quality, libido, even your personal magnetism… and why what you nourish now directly shapes the second half of your cycle. You'll leave with a jar of an herbal honey tonic — rose, hibiscus, and red clover — a medicine that belongs to your most radiant phase.

Part 2: The Waning
Luteal & Menstrual | The Wild Woman & The Elder | Autumn & Winter

The second half asks you to come home. Progesterone rises, the body turns inward, and the nervous system begins its descent toward rest. You'll learn to read PMS as information rather than burden, understand the estrogen-gut connection and why elimination matters, and discover how to eat and live in a way that makes menstruation smoother. You'll leave with a warming adaptogenic cacao blend — made together — and the tools to help you create a nurturing journey.

Each workshop includes embodiment practice, a dedicated food education block, hands-on herbal medicine making, and a facilitated circle conversation. You leave with a take-home medicine and the language for what your body has already been telling you.

Taught by Lyssandra Guerra, certified holistic nutritionist and folk herbalist, founder of Native Palms Wellness.

Lyssandra Guerra is a holistic nutritionist, folk herbalist, and wellness educator whose work lives at the intersection of natural living and modern women's health. Through Native Palms, she draws on generational knowledge to help women know their bodies more intimately — through the menstrual cycle, perimenopause, and every season in between. She teaches from the belief that the body has its own intelligence, and that every woman deserves the knowledge to work with it.

WRITING DESIRE: An Erotic Writing Workshop for Self-Discovery with Nichole Katsikas

$55

Using prompts inspired by Jack Morin's research on erotic psychology and a somatic meditation, you'll identify the experiences, themes, and dynamics that have shaped your erotic imagination and discover what fuels your desire.

From there, you'll use those insights as inspiration for a short piece of erotic writing. Along the way, we'll explore examples of erotica, engage in self-reflection, and participate in group discussion about desire, fantasy, and erotic expression.

This workshop is for you if...

● You want to better understand who you are as an erotic being and what turns you on.

● You're interested in sexuality as a tool for deepening self-discovery, healing, and self-awareness

● You've ever wondered why certain experiences, dynamics, or fantasies are so compelling to you.

● You’re ready to give yourself permission to explore your relationship with desire.

● You appreciate spaces where sexuality can be discussed with openness, depth, and curiosity.

● You want to feel more confident, connected, and expressive in your relationship with desire.

● You enjoy journaling, reflection, creativity, or personal growth.

● You're interested in creative writing.

This 3-hour workshop is part self-inquiry, part creative writing, and part community conversation.

You'll leave with a deeper understanding of your unique erotic landscape, greater confidence in embodying and expressing your desires, and a piece of writing drawn from your own experiences and imagination.

While this workshop is not designed as a healing space, there is something powerful about bringing curiosity, creativity, and conversation to our sexuality. When we give ourselves permission to engage with our erotic imagination, shame often softens and self-compassion deepens.

This workshop is open to people of all gender expressions, sexual orientations, and walks of life. An interest in creative writing or erotica is great, but no prior writing experience is required!

Light snacks will be provided.

Please note you do not have to share anything beyond your comfort level. You are welcome to engage in the reflection and writing exercises and participate in the conversation without revealing intimate details about your life or experiences if you don’t want to 🙂

Additional information:

- Please wear comfortable clothing

- Bring a journal and something to write with

- Come with an open mind!

This space is held and facilitated by Nichole Katsikas, a certified somatic sex educator, somatic practitioner, energy healer, and writer.

Heart Opening: A Conscious Connected Breathwork Workshop with Alyssa Mann

$55

90 minutes built around one intention: cracking the heart and subconscious open so whatever's stored there: love, grief, old armor, has somewhere to go. Continuous circular breathing shifts your nervous system into parasympathetic mode and quiets the part of your brain that keeps you guarded and analyzing (researchers call it transient hypofrontality), which is exactly what makes room for things to surface. We'll move through a guided breathwork journey, then close with integration to actually process what came up. Many people say that it feels like years of therapy in one afternoon.

No experience needed. Just a willingness to feel something.

Bring an eye mask if you've got one (if not, we will provide one),  water, and whatever's sitting on your chest.

The Heroine's Journey: An Intuitive Tarot Experience

Every woman is the heroine of her own story. This workshop is an invitation to discover where you are in yours.

What if the story you've been searching for has been quietly waiting inside you all along?

Join Colleen McCann—founder of Style Rituals™, author of Crystal Rx, and known for helping people design beautiful lives from the inside out—for an immersive tarot experience designed to strengthen your intuition through symbolism, storytelling, and self-discovery.

Forget memorizing card meanings.

Definitely throw out the guidebook.

This workshop is about learning to trust yourself.

Working from a collection of 400+ mixed tarot decks, you'll select (and keep) your chosen cards using the same intuitive techniques Colleen incorporates into her private client sessions, discovering that intuition isn't something you're simply born with—it's a skill you cultivate over time.

Through a powerful storytelling exercise rooted in Colleen's intuitive training, you'll uncover unexpected insights, connect the dots in your own life, and experience tarot as a conversation with your inner wisdom—not simply a tool for predicting the future.

Expect intuitive exercises, journaling, meaningful conversation, plenty of "aha!" moments, and practical techniques you'll continue using long after class ends.

No tarot experience required. Just bring your curiosity and an open mind.

You'll Leave With

  • A personal tarot reading

  • Three new ways to strengthen your intuition

  • Greater confidence trusting your inner voice

  • Journal reflections to revisit

  • Practical techniques for working with tarot at home

  • Inspiration for creating a simple altar or sacred space

  • A deeper connection to yourself

✨ A Little Style Rituals Magic...

The Story Behind the Story
How tarot unexpectedly changed the trajectory of Colleen's career—from editorial fashion stylist to intuitive guide.

The Backstory
Before Colleen ever owned a tarot deck, she was already reading symbols.

While studying fashion, she instinctively began practicing bibliomancy by pulling random Vogue magazine tears for classmates at energy school and intuitively interpreting the imagery. She quickly realized that a fashion magazine wasn't so different from a tarot deck—it was simply another collection of colors, symbols, archetypes, numbers, body language, environments, and visual storytelling waiting to be interpreted.

That realization forever changed how she understood intuition and became the foundation of how she reads tarot today.

And why own just one tarot deck... when you can collect them all?

Spring Reflection: Florals & Sound

$44

This immersive workshop weaves together two ancient forms of restoration — sound and botanicals — into an afternoon that grounds you in the present and sends you home with something beautiful.

We begin with a guided sound bath, where the resonance of singing bowls carries you into deep stillness. As the tones wash over you, a gentle visualization guides your mind through a lush garden in full spring bloom. It's a reset for your nervous system and a reawakening of your senses.

You'll work with seasonal stems, foliage, and blooms to arrange your own small bouquet to take home — no experience needed, just your hands and your instincts. There's something grounding about working with flowers: the textures, the scents, the simple act of making something with your own two hands.

You'll leave feeling restored, rooted, and carrying a little piece of spring with you.

What's included:

  • Guided sound bath with spring garden visualization

  • All floral materials + take-home bouquet

Participants will create their own take home blend of tea and watch our Chef's cooking demo while sipping hot tea.

Explore the Doshas (body constitution) and how to support each Dosha.

Before serving our community meal we will share a short breathing exercise to ignite Agni (digestive fire).

Meal Plan:
Roasted beets with cashew cream topped with fresh herbs & botanical salt
Soothing Asparagus and Broccoli Soup
Vegetable Paella
Passion Fruit Posset
